Shine on me, always

 Farid Hussaini ( 6/19/2001)

when the light shine from thee,

the birds sing, and mountains roar in happiness

of having you amidst this dark land

to melt—the path I have taken to reach you

haven’t met such a terror, as

to see you, asleep—

in fear of losing the path I have taken so far,

in the jungles of my thoughts

hallucination comes when I don’t have you,

when darkness conquers,

when I am—asleep

I see evils that pretend, and describe themselves—my sun

light and shine on me,

so, I know—what evil is—and in what shape

cause,

I had enough—evils are evil.
